Rehabilitation of the Birmingham Bridge located in the City of Pittsburgh consists of painting of the entire superstructure, replacement of multiple bearings, miscellaneous steel repairs, spall repair on substructure, repair of several downspouts, expansion joint repairs, minor spall repairs to bridge deck and other miscellaneous construction.
Carson Street Viaduct Project consists of improvements to SR 51 in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. Work includes rehabilitation of the West Carson Street (S.R. 51) viaduct north of the Corliss Tunnel. The 335 foot long viaduct structure will be replaced with a new wall system. The project also includes sidewalk replacement, roadway reconstruction/milling, drainage, traffic signals, lighting, and other miscellaneous construction.
SR 65 is undergoing a major Improvement Project in the McKees Rocks area of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. This Project extends between the McKees Rocks Bridge and the West End Bridge and consists large-scale milling, repaving, and concrete reconstruction roadway improvements. The Project also includes bridge deck replacement, latex overlay, superstructure painting, signing, wall repairs, and other miscellaneous construction.
The upcoming Elizabeth Bridge Rehabilitation Project connects SR 51 to Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County. This full rehabilitation will consist of full deck replacement, painting of the entire superstructure, welding/steel improvements, spall repairs, suspension cable replacements, and other miscellaneous construction.
