Overview

This is a partial design build roadway project in Allegheny County. Design activities are limited to: Rehabilitation and widening of bridge structure, slope pipe and rock slope anchoring system. Construction includes concrete pavement patching, breaking and seating existing concrete pavement, bituminous overlay, drainage, guiderail, signing and pavement marking, slope pipe repair, bridge perseveration, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 7.037 miles on State Route 28 (Allegheny Valley Expressway).
