Concrete patching, breaking and seating existing concrete pavement, bituminous overlays, minor drainage, bridge preservation of eleven (11) structures including painting, latex overlays, bearing replacements and substructure repairs, signing, pavement markings, guiderail, slope pipe repairs and other miscellaneous construction on SR 0028 located in Tarentum Borough, East Deer, Fawn and Harrison Townships, Allegheny County from the dual structures spanning Bailey’s Run to the Butler County line.
